Immersive experience designed and developed based on the applicable regulations Resolution 4272 of 2021 of the Ministry of Labor, which establishes the safety regulations for fall protection in work at heights (From 2 mts. of positive or negative height, with risk of free fall, the use of fall protection equipment is mandatory).

The work at heights simulator allows the development of skills and knowledge for the use of personal protective equipment, specific actions developed in an electrical tower, prevention and detection of falling objects, operation in suspended and stationary scaffolding, crossing at heights, vertigo test practices and handling of slings.

In this immersion, the employee will be exposed to a series of risks associated with working at heights, thus managing, through emotions, to create memories of risk without being directly exposed to the consequences, allowing awareness, practice and improvement of the knowledge and skills acquired in the training process.
